LAB PROJECT REGULATIONS AND OPERATION

  • Check-in time is 15 minutes before the start of the class. Late arrivals are not permitted once the session has started.
  • If a student cannot attend a class, they must inform the instructors so that the class can be scheduled optimally.
  • By paying the registration fee, the student accepts and guarantees that they do not have any medical condition that would prevent them from participating in the course’s physical activities.
  • The student assumes full responsibility for any risks, injuries, and damages, known or unknown, that may occur during the course.

  • The student must respect the school facilities for the benefit of all.
  • It is strictly prohibited to:
  • Use street shoes for the development of classes
  • Eat in the classrooms
  • Mobile phones will be turned off or silent during class, except in special situations that will be communicated to the teacher.
  • The management of LAB PROJECT reserves the right of admission.
  • Recording in any digital or analog format of audio, image or video of any course activity is prohibited, without prior consent from the teacher.
  • LAB PROJECT is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen objects. 
  • By paying the registration fee I accept and guarantee that I do not have any medical condition that prevents my participation in the physical activities of the course.
  • I assume full responsibility for any risk, injury and damage, known or unknown, that may occur during the course of the classes.
  • LAB PROJECT is not responsible for any illness, pathology or ailment that the student suffers before starting the classes and must inform the teacher of any injury or ailment in progress to adapt the content to their personal situation.

PERSONAL DATA

  • LAB PROJECT will include the personal data that the student provides in its database unless the student notifies their withdrawal.
  • This data will not be transferred to other companies. The company will use this data to promote the activities within the course.
  • To modify, rectify or cancel any data, you must contact the center through info@escultoresdelaire.com
  • By default, work in progress and samples can be documented in photos or videos for commercial and marketing material. If the student wishes, he or she has the right not to transfer his or her image rights by previously communicating this to the administration email info@escultoresdelaire.com

REGISTRATION

  • By paying the registration fee, the student declares his or her full compliance with the LAB PROJECT rules. 
  • Upon payment, the transaction is considered complete, and acceptance of the LAB PROJECT policy is acknowledged.
  • Once the registration fee has been paid, the amount will not be refunded.
  • By paying the registration fee, the student will be able to benefit from discounts on other events, such as intensive courses, regular courses or other activities related to the LAB PROJECT.
  • All payments made to the LAB PROJECT (registration fee) : quarterly) will be paid by bank transfer, Paypal or Bizum and always in advance.
  • Formalizing enrollment constitutes acceptance of these conditions and the reservation of a limited place in the program.
  • This reservation entails academic planning for the course, the final organization of groups, the allocation of teaching resources, and the inability to offer the place to other candidates; therefore, the enrollment fee paid constitutes payment for this reservation and is non-refundable.
  • Enrollment is personal and non-transferable and represents a mutual commitment between the school and the student for the duration of the contracted training period.
  • For online programs, once access to the platform, digital content, or any exclusive program resource has been provided—and provided the student has given the express consent required by applicable regulations—the right of withdrawal shall no longer apply, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
  • These conditions are established in accordance with the principles of freedom of contract (Article 1255 of the Civil Code) and the binding force of validly concluded contracts (Article 1091 of the Civil Code).
  • The fees may be modified each school year if the management considers it necessary.

OTHER ISSUES

  • If a class is suspended, a date and time will be designated to make it up.
  • The School calendar may change with prior notice according to the needs and schedule of functions of the company Los Escultores de Aire. Under no circumstances will students miss classes previously paid for, a time will be found to be agreed upon for their recovery.
